switchLastDepositEventStatus - This runs the last deposit feature and resets the timer (if enabled)
Fees
This fee is standard:
Deposit fees: 10%
Withdraw fees: 0%
Same fees applied to last deposit winner. but the 10% tax will not go to the developers, instead it will stay in the contract.
