Summary
This project is a fork of wealth mountain with very minimal modification, and 7% fees on deposits. unstaking fees will stay in the contract and referral bonuses can be staked/compounded or withdrawn. The daily rate starts at 2% up to 6% depending on the days staked.
The contract has a lending program in which 3% of each deposit will be put into a pool and then distributed to all lending addresses. To be included in the lender list, users should lend at least 300 BUSD into the contract. Lending can only be done once and there is a 3% developers fee for each loan. The contract owner will be the one to distribute the lending rewards by calling lendDistribute().

There are no backdoor methods that withdraw funds to a non investor wallet
Owner Privileges
Launch() - contract will launch when the owner address starts the contract. This function adds the owner address into the lending list.. which can continuosly be triggered and stack up the list with the owner address, so the owner will have a bigger share of the 3% cause the owner address has multiple entries in the lender list.
lendDistribute() - owner function to distribute lending rewards to each lending address.

Complexity
This smart contract is fairly complex and has no flexibility by the owner, once deployed it is set.

The team is new and has no details of previous projects. also has a small community.
Other Risk
Considering the complexity of the contract, at the end of the day, This is still an ROI Dapp that relies on funds invested to payout existing users. if the contract reaches $0 investors will not be paid out. unstake function can cause the TVL to quickly go down to 0.
